1. Returns & Exchanges

Cosmetics & Personal Care Products: Items with broken or tampered seals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Warranty-Free Items:
If a product does not come with a warranty and is damaged due to customer handling, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing & Apparel:
Items with removed or damaged tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Undergarments:
For hygiene reasons, undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned.

Gift Items, Flowers, & Hampers:
These products are non-returnable and non-refundable.


2. Exchange Process

Exchanges are completely free if the issue is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective product).

If the exchange is due to a customer-related issue (e.g., wrong size selection), the customer must cover the relevant delivery charges.


3. Refunds

If a return is approved and a refund is processed to your bank account, it may take 2-5 working days for the amount to be credited, depending on the bank’s processing time.
